- You will be visible in the entire employee lifecycle and you will provide support in every area from onboarding to benefits administration to employee relations to training and development, and offboarding.
- It is your key responsibility to plan, design, develop and execute the company’s people strategy, working alongside the Chief of People and your HR buddies.
- True to the company's purpose of digitizing manual business processes, you will streamline the company’s existing processes and provide a top-notch employee experience.
- You will empower the employees and make work more meaningful for them by leading and implementing employee engagement and employee rewards programs.
- Your day to day tasks heavily involve catch ups, feedback sessions, team alignment meetings, and performance reviews on the side, jumping from one persona to another– and this is all natural to you because you love engaging our employees!
You have a direct impact on how the company will achieve its objectives. Big shoes to fill in, right? But if you possess the following qualifications, we are certain that you can do a great job in handling the HR Operations and Employee Services.

- We want to line up the employees for success and ensure that they work in an environment where they can thrive. You need to have at least two years of experience in Talent Development, Career Management, and Succession Planning (among other things) to facilitate Learning and Development programs.
- Sure, you have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, BUT you must also have awesome interpersonal communication skills as the main point of contact for employee relations. You are a great listener and working around feedback is second nature to you.
You know what might be a personal success indicator for this role? The sense of fulfillment when the employees have all the right resources to operate efficiently and the company is on track to achieve its business objectives through increased employee engagement, satisfaction and performance.
