You will work on different projects that the company will pursue to further the business and its objectives. It can be anything under the sun so we hope you’ll bring your crazy ideas with you the data to back them up.
If you are a dedicated individual and you want a sense of ownership in what you do, this role might be perfect for you. You will be involved in the end-to-end course of a project.
- As the lead of the project, you will facilitate communication and collaboration among the project team members and stakeholders and bridge any gaps in between to develop workable projects and set the goals and deadlines aligned with the overall organization’s objectives.
- From ideation to delivery, you are responsible for the progression of your projects.
- We need a strategic mind who will provide structure in standardizing the project management policies and processes; taking into consideration the team’s best practices and the overall project goals.
- You will oversee and constantly evaluate developments and execution to ensure the project is running smoothly, adhering to budgets and deadlines, and meeting company standards.
- With accurate and timely reports, you will provide guidance to the leaders and stakeholders and help them make informed decisions to build and firm up the business case.
- We value transparency and we like you to walk the talk. As the PMO, you will initiate constant alignment exercises to inspire open communication and teamwork.
You are the overall support who pushes the project and the organization forward.
- You need to have strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills as someone who collaborates with different departments to ensure the success of a project.
- If you are a self-confessed neat freak and a very organized fellow, you are welcome here! You will need the documentation skills to file thorough data reports and prepare reliable dashboards throughout the project lifecycle.
- You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide structure, guidance and direction to leaders across the organization.
- You have initiative. You offer insights, suggestions, and recommendations to resolve problems and ensure each team member has complete resources to keep projects on track for timely completion.
- We will not define you by your Bachelor’s Degree program–we don’t mind if you’re coming from a different industry–rather by your proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or any similar role.
If you share our enthusiasm in innovation, be one of our Project Management Officers!
