We are looking for Product & Innovation Managers 🛠who have experience driving product development in tech startups or transformational projects in large companies. You may be experienced Strategic Project drivers, Product Managers, or PMO professionals who have managed and scaled up digital product development efforts or strategic transformational projects. You will own and program-manage the operationalization and launch/ initial scale-up of an internal transformation project, product, partnership, or new business.
- You will provide direction and manage the development and implementation for these major/ high-profile business projects or a portfolio of associated projects, with direct impact on future strategic direction of the conglomerate or operating company.
- You will own and handle the day-to-day responsibility of driving the projects, setting up the partnership or business, or running the pilots in a very agile-based methodology.
- You will provide guidance and establish agile squad best practices and standards/structure/ framework and supporting tools, with a focus on creating Agile mindsets
- You will manage the project or portfolio to ensure it remains aligned to the strategic objectives of the business and optimized to ensure maximum return on investment
- You will provide Change Management expertise and work with people to drive the changes, culture, and KPIs
- You will monitor progress, conduct periodic portfolio reviews, collaborate with POCs across the organization, and report progress on a regular basis
- Drive the ownership mindset: Ensure that the project teams have a degree of urgency, resourcefulness, responsiveness, and inventiveness at every level that drives the teams and organization forward
- Ensure learning, building, and delivering continues to happen despite the uncertainty
- Maintain and engage the squad dedicated for a project or mission
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to elicit collaboration from senior management and other key stakeholders and move toward a common vision or goal, using an agile approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated diplomacy and sensitivity to diverse business cultures
- Ability to utilize relevant software applications and tools (Such as GSuites, Microsoft Office, Slack, MS Project, etc.)
- Has led projects from start to finish with achieved results or driven and managed change management efforts
- Has built and optimized operations at the functional level in an organization ideal
- Has recruited and led a high-performance project team in the past
- Has dealt with or operated within large corporations or fast-growing startups
- Has driven decisions through deep understanding and analysis of financial or operating metrics
- Has creative thinking to go beyond what is the norm
- Has high standards, values hard work, and is immensely results-driven
- Is deeply analytical and has clarity of thought; can see the big picture but has mastery of the details at the same time
- Is predisposed to moving fast is a magnet for talent and is humble
- Has a passion for and experience working in the digital space and is highly aware of digital-related/ technology-related markets, competition, and business models
EDUCATION, TRAINING, LICENSESÂ REQUIRED:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a business or related field; Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agile project or program management/ PMO/ Business Consulting/ Strategic Projects with a record of successful delivery of projects/programs at an enterprise level from concept to launch
